Abstract:

This data contains road polygon features photogrammetrically compiled for the Flathead Basin, Montana. The data were compiled from 1-foot resolution aerial photos taken between September 25 and September 28, 2009.

The data should be displayed and analyzed at scales appropriate for 1"= 200' (1:2400) map scale.

The data was received from 3Di West as 5 feature classes named Bridge_Deck, Paved_Edge, Unpaved_Edge, Private_Paved_Edge, and Private_Unpaved Edge. These have been combined into a single feature class with an attribute field called Type to distinguish between bridge decks, paved roads, and unpaved roads, and an attribute field called Private to identify the polygons from the "Private" feature classes. The "Private" features exist only in the Lake County portion of the data.
