Abstract:

Polygons defining the areas of 72 cities, digitized in the 1970's from 1:250,000 scale maps by the Montana Department of Community Affairs. There is no know criteria for a city's inclusion or ommision from this layer.

Purpose: Display of approximate extent of urbanized areas.
